Dipped into the book again, LOVED IT, remembered that Mr. Abnett has written titles such as 'horus rising' and 'legion', then realized how amazingly awesome he is. I grant you, I haven't read too many as yet (Horus Rising, reading the sequel now, and Mechanicum), but the fact that Mechanicum really gives you so much insight into the actions and motivations of the Emperor Himself is a huge thing for me.
